MySQL – Installation ohne ISP

Erst das Repository auswählen und dann installieren
mkdir ~/_; cd ~/_;wget https://repo.mysql.com/mysql-apt-config_0.8.13-1_all.deb
dpkg -i mysql-apt-config_0.8.13-1_all.deb


8.0 wählen (im Screenshot war 8.0 nicht verfügbar – immer die aktuellste Version!)
Tools Enabled – die Connector brauchen wir
Preview Packages – werden nicht benötigt
MySQL wählen (Enter, dann wählen), dann auf OK und wieder ENTER
Kompatibilität zu 5.7 erhalten, falls erwünscht (HeidiSQL)

apt-get update
apt-get install mysql-server
systemctl restart mysql
mysql_secure_installation

Das wird dann so aussehen (siehe Einstellungen)

By default, a MySQL installation has an anonymous user,
allowing anyone to log into MySQL without having to have
a user account created for them. This is intended only for
testing, and to make the installation go a bit smoother.
You should remove them before moving into a production
environment.

'localhost'. This ensures that someone cannot guess at
